How sign-in is protected

Sign-in runs on Base44's managed authentication, so RetrofitIQ never sees or stores your password. Google, Microsoft and Apple sign-in never share your password with us either.

Bank and lender access

We never collect bank usernames or passwords. Banking connects through a secure service (Plaid-style, on the roadmap). Today, send a financing packet from My Money.

Technician console links and customer tracking codes are moving to the new platform and will work again without an account shortly.
